Adobe Flash Player 11 Beta released with 64-bit support

Adobe has released the first beta version of its upcoming Flash Player 11 for testing purposes and support features Stage 3D and 64-bit Flash Player Incubator are included in this beta release are notable new features. No browser except Internet Explorer had 64-bit version until now, to use this 64-bit flash player plugin on 64-bit Windows OS, you need to use 64-bit browser like IE.

Stage3D APIs — Create highly interactive visuals to improve collaboration on 3D models.
64 bit support — Support for 64-bit operating systems and browsers on Linux, Mac OS, and Windows.
G.711 audio compression for telephony — Integrate voice/telephony into business applications using the G.711 codec.
H.264/AVC SW Encoding — Locally encode high quality video using H.264 video.
Socket Progress Events — Build advanced file sharing applications such as FTP clients that send large amounts of data.
HD surround sound — Deliver full HD videos with 7.1 channel surround sound directly to AIR-powered TVs.

You need to uninstall the previous flash player installed on your computer before installing Flash Player 11. After uninstalling Flash Player 11, you can install Flash Player 10 on your computer if you wish.
