Adobe Reader now allows you to easily sign your PDF documents

Adobe Reader finally got a “sign” button, thanks to Adobe for making it easy to electronically sign PDF documents, where Nitro PDF Reader already has this feature, why did it take so long for Adobe to add this feature to the PDF Reader application, before too late than ever , Latest Adobe Reader X 10.1.2 added a new Sign button and native EchoSign integration.

After installing PDF Reader, launch it from its desktop shortcut, open the PDF file you want to add a signature to, click the highlighted icon Signal button on the toolbar to open the flag panel.

Click add text and enter the text in the PDF where you want your name or company name to appear in the document.

Click place signature button and look for the signature image in the select signature image dialog box on your computer (which you can easily create by signing on paper, scanning and saving as an image).

Adobe Reader now saves this image for future uses, where clicking on the location signature automatically adds that signature. You can select another signature or clear the current added signature by selecting them from the “Place signature” menu.

You can easily move or rotate or resize the signature, when everything is ready click finalize changes to to merge the signature into the document and name the saved file.
