Firefox 4 Add-on Manager User Interface Screenshots posted on the Mozilla employee Boriss blog reveal interesting details about the upcoming Firefox 4 add-on manager interface. Let’s take a look at what the Firefox 4.0 add-on manager has to offer.
Firefox 4 add-on manager contains 5 tabs in the left sidebar. Get addons, extensions, plugins, appearance, languages.
The first screenshot shows the list view of installed extensions for Firefox and a short summary for each add-on, clicking on the Preferences button will launch the preferences and the disable button allows you to disable that specific add-on.
Clicking on the “More” link will show a detailed view of the add-on.

- The user needs to have one more click to uninstall the add-on by clicking the “remove” button when compared to the add-ons window that appears in Firefox 3.6.8 stable which contains options, disable and uninstall buttons for each add-on.
