After adding the Family Safety section to the new Edge browser on the desktop, Microsoft is now rolling out Family Safety features in the Edge browser on Android.
In February, Microsoft added tracking prevention, contextual search, and syncing bookmarks and passwords to Edge on Android, recently the company pushed an update to the Edge Android version that allows parents to monitor their kids’ web activity, block certain websites and apps and set screen limits and access other family safety features when you sign in to Edge with your Microsoft Family account.
Updating Edge by visiting the Play Store and checking “about this app” in Settings not only tells you your Edge app version information but also reveals whether all the family security features have been implemented on your device or not.
