On Google+, you can now pin a post to the top of your profile or page

Similar to Twitter, Google+ now lets you pin any post to your profile or page to the top, so that if someone visits your profile or G+ page, it appears first. For starters, when you are viewing the posts tab of your profile or page in a desktop browser, click on the arrow in the right corner of your post and select ‘Pin post’, you need to refresh the page for it to appear.

To unpin this post, you need to select ‘Unpin post’ from the drop-down menu or pin another one. For now, desktop and Android users can see your posts pinned, iOS support will be added soon.
