Remove the Start Button in Windows 10

It is now possible to get rid of the Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 start button with a free app. You have not found any use with home button inside Windows10? When Windows 8 was available, everyone was desperate to get back to using the Start button. Hide or Remove the Start Button in Windows 10

The problem with the Start button in Windows 8.1 is that it won’t be hidden when the taskbar is visible. Most users don’t like this and want to hide the start button on the taskbar in Windows 8.1. Forget about hiding! you can remove it right now in Windows 10.

In Windows 10, you can click the Start button to open the Start menu, you can also do this using the Win key.

Using StartIsGone

  • Using the program is simple, download the StartisGone zip file, extract the files to a folder.
  • Run the executable application from the X86 or X64 folder, depending on which you are using.
  • The Start button disappeared.
  • Make sure you right-click on the tray icon and select “Run at startup” in the context menu so that the Start button is removed every time your desktop is displayed.
