SUPERAntiSpyware 5.7 removes PUPs, offers file removal option in context menu

SUPERAntiSpyware anti-malware is available in both Free and Professional editions. The free version when compared to the Professional version does not offer real-time protection, scheduled scanning and automatic updates. Yesterday released SUPERAntiSpyware 5.7 with intuitive interface and new features.

SUPERAntiSpyware 5.7 detects and removes PUPs

Important tools such as Quarantine, log scanning and repair features are now available to access in the ‘System Tools and Program Settings’ dialog. SUPERAntiSpyware, even the free version, can now detect Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUPs) – adware bundled with freeware – when you run the scan and remove them later when you allow it.

The SUPERDelete File Removal – which aggressively deletes hard-to-remove files from your computer – available in the program’s System Tools dialog is now available as a context menu option in Explorer.

To delete a file in Explorer, right click on a file and select the ‘SUPERDelete File Removal’ confirmation dialog and the files will be removed after you type ‘Yes’ and click the ‘Continue’ button.
